1. MediaHouse UPnP/DLNA Browser: You can download MediaHouse android app from Google Play Store. It is free. You can stream any media like videos, photos, music from your PC or NAS or any other UPnP/DLNA servers like XBMC, Twonky, PS3, Synology etc to your android phone or tablet like Nexus 7. You can create playlists for your music.

You can install Twonky Media Server etc on your PC and stream media to your android device. Windows Media Player can also act as media server. You need to allow it stream media.

This app displays Play From & Play To sections. You can select any device from Play From & play on to any device from Play To. You need to have MX Player or any other video player to watch videos.

2. BubbleUPnP: BubbleUPnP is another android app. It can also act as UPnP media server. If you install media server, You can stream media over the internet instead of just local wifi.

With Bubble UPnP also, you can stream media from any PC or NAS with UPnp/DLNA server like Twonky, Asset UPnP etc to your android phone or tablet. You can download music & videos from your media server to your android device.
