sony_ericsson_aspenSony Ericsson has added its first Windows mobile phone Sony Ericsson Aspen to its Greenheart portfolio. This phone is specially designed to suit the needs of business people and heavy messaging users. It features touch screen and QWERTY keypad to let you easily type in the message. It runs on WinMo 6.5.3 operating system to give you finger friendly touch screen function. Using this phone you can easily manage your office files and connect to the Internet.

It features 2.4-inch touch screen display to allow you access item on the screen easily. With the performance of WinMo 6.5.3 operating system which is known to be finger friendly you can operate it well. As this mobile is powered by WinMo OS you can install many useful mobile applications to suit your office needs. It also comes with pre-installed applications like Facebook, Microsoft Today, Google Maps, etc., to keep you updated with information.

It features multiple connectivity options to let you stay connected. Both GSM and UMTS versions are available with HSPA or EDGE support for high speed internet access. It features 3.2 megapixel camera using which you can take live like pictures. With multishot function you can take multiple shorts of a single event to catch every movement in action. It can also be doubled as a music player with Sony Ericsson media player and built in stereo speakers you can enjoy music at its best on this phone.

For browsing Internet it has Internet Explorer Mobile installed using which you can browse through web like in regular IE. It is very easy to Pan and zoom on web pages as the screen is touch sensitive. Over all, this phone is manufactured by using mostly recycled material to reduce carbon foot print during its manufacturing. It is even shipped in a green recycled box with recycled charger and PHF.

This phone weighs 130 grams including battery pack and measures 117 x 60 x 12.45 mm. The battery can power the phone up to 450 hrs in standby and 10 hrs of talktime (GSM/EDGE), 600 hrs standby and 8 hrs of talktime (UMTS). This phone will be available in markets in Q2 of 2010.
