three_keyboard_ledsAll the modern keyboards are shipped with three LEDs built on them Num Lock, Caps Lock and Scroll Lock. Apart from the Caps Lock most do not find the other two LEDs useful most of the times. So why cannot we put these two LEDs to perform other function like blinking with Network activity. You can do this easily with the help of Network Lights.

Network lights is a small application which you can download for free and install on your Windows computer. It will turn Num lock and Scroll lock LEDs into network activity indicators to let you monitor download and upload activity easily. After you install this application you can see a new icon in the system tray. network_lights

Click on the icon to customize settings of this application. This application is not meant to use by laptop users with no separate numeric pad.
