iFree Recorder is a windows only application that lets you to record Skype calls for free. Using this application you can record any Skype voice conversations like Skype2Skype calls, conference calls, SkypeOut and SkypeIn calls.

Download iFree Recorder and install it on your Windows computer. Upon first start it will try to connect itself with Skype on your computer. Just authenticate it by clicking on the Allow access button to start using this application.

After you have successfully installed iFree Recorder now you are ready to record any Voice calls that you make or receive over Skype. You can see the status of your Skype account at bottom left hand corner in the application.

To start recording a conversation just click on the record button. You can also configure this application to suit your need better. Using this application you can record voice conversation on both sides, only on your side or only record on remote side. You can also configure it to record calls automatically or manually.

This application records all voice conversation and stores them in MP3 format. You can set recording mode to mono/stereo. You can also set audio bitrate and sample rate in the configuration panel. It also has built in audio player to let you listen to recorded conversations directly.

iFree Recorder is a free download and works well with Skype 3.0 or above and Windows 2000/XP/2003/Vista/2008/Windows 7 platforms.
