ScheduleOnce is an online service that allows you to schedule a meeting online. No more confusing and emails and phones with your invitees to select a suitable time for the meeting. ScheduleOnce add-on for Gmail is available for download for Firefox users. Using this simple add-on you can manage you your meeting schedule with your invitee’s right from your Gmail account. It will also sync with your Google Calendar so that you won’t have double bookings at a time.

Just install this add-on to your web browser. Open you Gmail account in the web browser in which you can see ScheduleOnce control to the left hand side. In the control box, click on the New meeting link at the bottom to start scheduling a meeting.

Now you can see a Calendar in which you can select multiple recommended timings to schedule a meeting. Even if you have selected your busy times in the calendar ScheduleOnce will not show these times to you invitees. This will completely eliminates the chance of double booking always. Send the provided link to all your invitees through mail.

When your invitees click on the sent link they can see all the recommended timings and can mark their tentative availability. Even if the invitee selects busy times in the calendar it will not be displayed to you. So this way ScheduleOnce add-on will also prevent double-booking at the invitees end also.

You can see how many invitees have replayed to your invitation in the control box. It will also calculate the best time for the meeting at which all/most of the members are available and project you with options. Select an option and conform the meeting timings. Once you conform meeting ScheduleOnce will automatically update all attendee calendars about the meeting.
