You need to look at the license before you download YouTube videos. You can download original YouTube videos you uploaded to YouTube using Google Takeout. You don’t need any special software for it.

How to download & convert YouTube videos to MP4 H.264
1. Download & Install YouTube to iPhone converter on your PC. It is free. It works on Windows 7, Vista, Windows XP SP3.
2. Launch the application after installing it on your computer. Copy & Paste YouTube urls you want to download. You can download YouTube playlists, user channels etc within a single download

Your videos will be synced to your iPhone or iPad etc. You can access the downloaded YouTube videos in the Videos on your iOS device.
How to download YouTube videos to android phone or tablet like Nexus 7 or Galaxy Tab etc
Download & Install YouTube to iPhone converter on your PC. Follow the above steps to download YouTube videos. Videos are downloaded to C:\Users\xxxxxx\Videos folder.
Connect Your android phone like Samsung Galaxy S2, Galaxy S3 or any other android phone or android tablet like Nexus 7 or Samsung Tab etc to your computer. Copy downloaded videos to Video folder (ex: /Phone/Video) on your android device. Download MX Video Player from Google Play Store. You can find downloaded videos under Video section in MX Player.
You may get below popup on Windows saying “your device might not be able to play or view file”. Just click Yes to copy the file.

How to download YouTube videos to Kindle Fire HD or Kindle Fire 2
Download YouTube video by following above steps. Connect Kindle Fire to computer using USB cable. You will see Kindle as drive on your windows computer. Browse to this drive & copy downloaded videos to Computer\Kindle\Internal storage\Movies folder.
