Google Play Store has lot of movies & TV shows. You can purchase the movies or TV shows and download them for offline viewing when you don’t have internet connection like when you are traveling etc.
You may want to delete these downloaded movies to clear space on your android tablet. Nexus 7 comes in 8GB & 16GB versions. It does not have any sd card slot. If you downloaded free movie like Transformers, it might take most of the free space on your Nexus 7 tablet.
How to delete movies & TV shows from your android device
You download movies & tv shows from Google Play Store app. These downloaded movies are not stored in downloads folder. Google stores them internally. You can’t access these files manually.
But you can delete through Google Play application. Go to Google Play > Movies > My Movies. If you have downloaded any movies from Google Play, you will see blue pin as shown in the below image. Tap on the blue pin to delete movie from your device. You can still watch it again. Google just streams to your device if you watch those movies again.
You can delete TV shows in the same way. Go to Google Play App > TV Shows > My Shows & delete any unwanted tv shows to clear space on the device.
