In order to take a screenshot of your desktop or the current window pane on a Mac with Windows installed, the keyboard shortcut is F14. You can find this key just above the keys ‘home’, ‘page up’ etc., above the arrow keys on the apple keyboard.

15 Jun 2010In order to adjust brightness on a mac or iMac running Windows, go to the Control Panel and double click on ‘Display’. Now, navigate to the ‘Settings’ tab and click on ‘Advanced’, you should see the following screen. Then click on ‘Start NVIDIA Control Panel’, and select ‘Advanced Settings’. Now, from the NVIDIA control panel, click on ‘Adjust desktop color settings’ to the left. From the sliders to the right (in the same window) you should be able to change the ‘Brightness’, ‘Digital Vibrance’ and ‘Contrast’ to change or reduce the brightness of your screen.
